Ostra Ekedal

Ostra Ekedal was built into a south facing mountain slope with beautiful vistas of the Stockholm Archipelago, an ideal location for terraced houses. All 88 apartments in the three seven-storey buildings boast a sea view and south facing terrace. Steel framing best responded to the foundation conditions of the site. The loadbearing construction consists of steel beams and columns, a prefabricated floor slab, and allows for a flexible layout of the apartments.
